Submissions

How to Submit

Print Edition

We invite you to submit original articles, book reviews, and comments on recent cases or legislation. Submissions should conform to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (10th edition). As the Review is a Canadian journal, there must be some intersection with Canadian law for a piece to be published.

Solicitations for Volume 47 of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues are now open. Submissions for Volume 48 of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues will open in the Fall of 2026.

Submit your anonymized piece here. Manuscripts must be void of the author’s name and any identifying information. Please include an additional document containing your contact information, and any academic or professional affiliations.

Questions may be directed to wrlsiarticles@uwindsor.ca.

The student-run Editorial Committee typically makes final publication decisions in January, once peer reviewers’ comments are received. The Windsor Review, therefore, typically publishes articles within the same year of submission. Submissions received after the deadline will continue to be reviewed by the Editorial Board on a rolling basis.
